Carp Road businesses are looking for employees – you will see the many sandwich boards along Carp Road.

The Carp Road Corridor business association has identified a role for the association.  We are participating in Ottawa area talent initiatives such as the Making it in Manufacturing project.  We have met with employment resource providers to make sure they know about the Corridor.  We have regular contact with the student training and placement services at Ottawa’s high schools, colleges and universities.  We are investigating alternatives to provide for employee transportation to and from the Corridor.

Corridor employers may be interested in the upcoming Ottawa Board of Trade “Re-Thinking Talent in the Capital” event September 24 and being held at the Brookstreet hotel.
