Annual General Meeting and 2017 Budget

The Carp Road Corridor BIA Annual General Meeting will be held this year January 17, 11:30am at Irish Hills and a light lunch will be available.  The meeting this year is a change up from past morning meetings and includes a guest speaker.  We hope members who could not manage a morning meeting will be able to attend the lunch time event.

At the meeting members will hear about BIA work in 2016 including on understanding high property assessments in the Corridor.  Members will also hear about work plans for 2017 and vote on a budget.  The year the Board of Management is proposing that members be assessed a total of $115,000 – the same amount as in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
